Letlhogonolo Sentsima, best known as Chef TG, chatted to us about what he has been doing since graduating from Okavango Cooking School in 2019.
"I'm currently working at Pomegranite Gold Resort (Francistown) as a sous-chef in their fine dining restaurant after proudly graduating from Okavango Cooking School and getting the opportunity to get more knowledge in the safari kitchen at Great Plains (Explorers Camp) and mobile safari kitchen (OBona Moremi).
With the passion and love that I have for cooking and the knowledge I embraced in my cooking from my culinary training at Okavango Cooking School, I strive to make way and get all the knowledge so as to pave the way to my dreams to run a fine dining restaurant that will give guests a unique, memorable experience to my expressed crafts in Culinary Arts."
